The constellations approach is used as a powerful means of exploring unacknowledged events, patterns and team dynamics. Through facilitated workshops and executive coaching interventions we work to resolve pressing issues, mental blocks and limiting beliefs, with the aim of improving communication and relations within the team.
This work offers an opportunity to discover new resources, solve obstacles and conflicts in participants’ professional and personal environment, make coherent decisions, as well as develop and implement visions.
