Performance Coaching Training and Certification

This hands-on, intensive 12-day course will equip you with the skills, knowledge and proficiency to enhance performance of individuals and teams and boost ROI. Utilising the most up-to-date and effective approaches to performance coaching and NLP, you’ll learn all the necessary theory, while consolidating your learning through workshops and practical exercises.

All our courses put a strong emphasis on procedural learning. Rather than lecturing, short introductions are given to each segment, followed by extensive practical work in pairs or threes.

Location

This is an in-house programme – delivered within your workplace.

Duration

Four days – It can be done as two modules course (2 + 2 days over period of one month) or four consecutive days training.

Certification

Each delegate will receive a certificate.
