1.    Stress Management & Burnout Prevention Skills seminar

This interactive seminar covers the following areas:

  • Recognising stress in yourself and others
  • Basic physiology of the stress response
  • Chronic stress and impact on health
  • Impact on concentration, motivation and productivity
  • Preventative measures: importance of good quality sleep, regular work breaks and hydration
  • Breathing techniques and other practical combative measures
  • Basic cognitive-behavioural therapy technique designed to help view a stressful situation more clearly, and disentangle emotions, thoughts and choices of action

The session includes several practical exercises and stress management tips which can be implemented by the individual and monitored by the organisation.

2.    Stress Management & Burnout Prevention Skills training

This half-day interactive session covers the following areas:

  • Impact of stress on physical and emotional wellbeing and productivity at work
  • Burnout
  • How lifestyle factors affect wellbeing & work performance
  • Preventing stress from getting out of hand – Resilience building
  • Stress management strategy & tools

The session includes several practical exercises and stress management tips which can be implemented by the individual and monitored by the organisation.

3. Burnout Screening & Prevention package

As above, but also includes employee screening for burnout, depression and anxiety. A brief confidential report will also be provided to each employee.

4. Burnout Recovery programme

Individually tailored programme, includes:

  • Stress management consultation with personalised recovery plan and recommendations + reviews at 3 months & 6 months
  • Stress assessments [baseline, 3 months & 6 months]
  • Health check + biological stress markers [baseline & 6 months]

Depending on the initial assessments and consultation, the programme may include some or all of these elements:

  • Nutritional support consultation & follow-up
  • Coaching
  • Mindfulness
  • Absence management consultation for the employer

All work with the client is strictly confidential and will not be revealed to a third party. A full report will be provided at the end of the programme. Where the Burnout Recovery programme is to be commissioned and paid for by the employer, please note that only general feedback will be provided regarding session attendance.
